just one of my niggles, but it does annoy me
you order a 30ml bottle of something (digby's DMC) and 3 10ml bottles arrive instead!!!! I know its still the same amount, but I want the simplicity and cleanliness of a pure 30ml bottle.....ruins my display

Blame Royal Mail and their postage rates
3x10 will go as a Large Letter 1x30 has to go as a small parcel

I know why they do it though, its because you can get 3-5 10ml bottles delivered as 'large letter' 93p but a 30ml bottle has to be paid for as a small parcel £2.80 second class (£3.20 1st class) so its so they save money *edit* as OneDay said above! Iv'e just sent a couple of things in bubblewrap/cellophane/plastic mini bag in a doubled over in an envelope, I know classifieds buyers may wonder why i'm so cheap and not using bubbled envelope, but its because I already know thats slightly too thick and they stump me for parcel not large letter. I find this way, with cellotape strengthening all edges its safe and cheap!
