Problem with Vendor

Apologies but with all the "excitement" I overlooked your question. The weird thing here is I went to check the "order status tab" and the order had been marked as "shipped" (9 days ago). Cutting a long story short, I just went and opened a dispute in PayPal and literally a few minutes later, the order status had changed to "refunded". Go figure ....?!

I'm guessing they would have instantly been notified by paypal that a dispute had been opened so they quickly refunded you themselves to stop the paypal disputes.

I'm also guessing they are drop shippers, so your order could have been dispatched 9 days ago - from China.

Lesson learnt for me: only deal with companies on the AAEC vendors list!

Guys, I ordered some stuff from vapelink.co.uk on the 31st of march and was quoted 5-7 working days delivery it's actually how I found this forum because after I'd ordered I did a web search and found this thread. Silly I know, should have done that before I ordered. But after reading this I though oh no I've probably been ripped off. Didn't want to reply to this thread because I felt embarrassed to be honest. But the stuff has just turned up delivered by Yodel and bang on time considering the bank holiday and everything. Goes without saying I'm very relieved and kinda happy because the prices on there are so cheap. Interested to know if the op mikemichelle did you recieve your stuff in the end?

Middle of last year I got stung by a company called attack of the clone's.
Forgot my own rule of checking for legit contact details, reviews on here etc.
Thankfully pp refunded.
Lesson learnt.

A salutary tale for us all - check the DSRs of any company who seem to be 'too good to be true'! I must admit I only purchase from accredited AAEC companies, and have never had any problems +touch wood+ so far

I ordered the subox starter kit from vapelink when seeing how much cheaper it was from other sites.
Normally i do my home work on sites and read reviews and so on but for some reason i just jumped at the price and ordered.
I then went back to the site and noticed no contact number, no address only an email contact.
Then i read the messages on here thinking OOPs.
Then i thought it will come, they are using paypal.
I sent them an email and the following morning i got an email back from the vapelink team telling me not to worry it is on it's way with Yodel.
It said 5-7 days, i ordered it last Wednesday afternoon and Yodel has just dropped it me off Tuesday morning.
Packaging was excellent, product genuine with checkable code and came within 4 working days.
Im not saying i would order again from here, but if you already have then i wouldnt worry, im sure your item will come.
It is saying on package that it has come from West drayton, Middlesex.
