My pre-ordered coil master arrived this week. Although I've made a couple of half decent coils and wasted God knows how much wire, I can safely say, greigsters coil buddy won't be going into retirement any time soon

VapingBad, knowing you have both the same as I, which do you prefer thinking 3mm, which is what I use mostly. The reason I ask is that with the Coil Master it only took me a couple of goes to get a decent coil without it wrapping over itself, but with the Kuro I am having nightmares, coils keep going over other ones all the time and I end up unwrapping them then winding the bad bit manually. I am having this exact problem. I must be doing something wrong.

It is a device not needed for me really, i can see how they help people without nimble fingers etc, but i do ok with a drill bit myself

Don't push on the winding head bit as you spin the coils, just let it wind. Try again, it does work, if I can make it work anyone can

You are totally correct, but mine are definitely better than before. I just squeezed a 1.9ohm 10 wrap into a mini Protank without and need for torching or compressing. I wanted a wider higher resistance coil for an experiment. Working for me, with my dodgy eyes and fat fingers.

Non, it's not the same as the Coil Master. I might order one then, as I heard the Coil Master has *issues* and the Kuro ones are TDE. icon_shoppingm
