Common sense safety features should be expected by electronic cigarette users, manufactures, vendors, and trading standards bodies.

I always think of the IEEE as the US version of what used to be IEE and now part of the IET which is the British body and largest in Europe, he must have he's reasons for for going state side but I would think dealing with the UK body be quicker and chaper.  Either way it's a great initiative.
