Vapefest '15 AAEC VIP marquee poll

This will be an undercover marquee with seating and tables for folk to meet, greet, mingle, etc
We'd need to raise the funds to cover marquee, tables and chairs. Vapefest will cover electricity for us, but everything else is ours to cover, so it'd be crowd funding.

I don't know where Vapefest is this year or when yet, I'm just throwing this out there.

I'd be quite happy with a gazebo on camping field?VapingBad fashioned up us one, but it was a temporary botch job and we lost the support posts a few times in a drunken stupour, so something similar but sturdier would be super!

Proper marquee with seating etc. Think Tjuice tent but not as large probably. Thank you VE Jason, you're a star again x

there was a few forum members who couldn't meet up as we couldn't find each other, would be brilliant to have a meeting point that would also keep us dry if the bank holiday weather is dodgy again

Don't worry, we'll bring the booze! DiscoDes and dagl supplied some lethal stuff last year, fab though
