If they have a B&M store then okay to shop there. Wouldn't advise buying anything from the site, only an email and a mobile number listed as far as I've seen.

Have used them in the past. No issues at all. They seem to get some stuff in before other peeps as well i have noticed.

They are a decent site - owner is a regular poster in the Facebook group I frequent and a nice guy to boot

im not happy with them so far...very very bad comms and pre order date keeps moving (I know thats the supplier, but they could try to contact their customers!!)

also not based in cambridge...did a company check and registered office in Regent st london....I'm askin for a refund

i know a few people that used there pre order in the past and got a refund easy so you will be ok

As for their company address, I do remember VE Jason posting a while back, that some companies registered offices are their accountants. That doesn't get around the fact that their premises address should be on their site if they're fully DSR/CCR compliant.

tried that number lots of times always just voicemail...never get back
emailed about 5 times only one response on 29th jan saying the product should be in next day....then nothing

wont respond to email about refund so opened paypal dispute, lets see if they reply
