bunglebear thats sometimes the risks doing items on pre order could be hickups plus side of pre-order you sometimes get item a little cheaper than what it will be to hit the shop

bunglebear thats sometimes the risks doing items on pre order could be hickups plus side of pre-order you sometimes get item a little cheaper than what it will be to hit the shop i know...i understand pre orders can be longer than expected, but it was their total lack of customer service that pee'd me of what is customer service these days even with some places you call india "bad nightmares for me for three customer services" just give these small businesses a chance am sure its easy done not to put out daily updates of delays answer many emails and still try get orders out in time people even find faults in huge retailers customer services you just never know buddy person could be unwell but trying to get things done we are all human and sometimes we cant do everything needed in one day like the ironing or washing lol

If its an istick50w preorder than pretty much all UK vendors have had their shipments delayed so not really the vendors fault at all.
Stuart the owner definitely lives in Cambridge so I don't think the registered address is where they trade from.
Anyway feel bad for recommending them now you've had a bad experience as I've had nothing but great service from them but you do seem to have gone from 0 to paypal dispute awfully quickly

Stuart the owner definitely lives in Cambridge so I don't think the registered address is where they trade from. Anyway feel bad for recommending them now you've had a bad experience as I've had nothing but great service from them but you do seem to have gone from 0 to paypal dispute awfully quickly TBF bunglebear hasn't had any response from them since 29th Jan... personally, I don't think that's unreasonable to be raising a PP dispute.

I dunno - people excuse a lot more from myepack for example and there can be multiple reasons why emails are not being responded (server issues, spam filtering etc) so calling first is an idea but yeah I take the point
