If you want to swap batteries out frequently then go for the Sigelei over the Smok. Changing batteries on the Smok M65 is & Why what's wrong with changing batts in the smok? I was gonna go for the smok but the sigelei looks good too.

i just saw usb charging and presumed it was a fixed.. after your re post and me reading all of the specs.. i stand corrected. my apologies. in comparison to the vamo how you think the segelei matches up? will be using them with the kayfun v4 Never owned a Vamo so can't say, i have the Sigelei 50watt V2 though and use it every day, the build quality is great and i've never had an issue with performance. I plan on getting the Mini myself at some point. As moodyb says the battery is quicker to swap out on the Sigelei as it has a magnetic cover and the Smok is screwed on with hex screws, the Smok has higher wattage output though. But if 30watts is enough then yes go for the Sigelei. Look up some Youtube reviews and way up which you would prefer.

It has 4 small allen screws in the base, which aren't good for your blood pressure The Sigelei has a magnetic door which is much easier to deal with.

+1 on the above. Just received the 50w v2 and bein able to flick the door open and change the batteries without taking the screws out is a big plus. Plus it's kind of therapeutic sitting there swishing the door open and closed now and again

i have a huge selection of batteries now and like the fact i have enough to last me a few days in between charging. What kind of 18650 batteries? The Sigelei will need decent ones to run at 30w with a bit of headroom. 0.4 ohms @ 30watts is 8.5 amps, so you'd ideally need batteries capable of at least 15amps, just to be on the safe side. 18650 i only have imren 2000mAh .. most of my collection are the smaller ones due to making the vamo v5 HUGE with them in.. i tend to use the 18650s when im away from home for longer periods.

What colour are the Imren batteries?
Yellow ones are rated for 20 amps from what I've read, but I'm not sure about the others.

I have a green 2800 mAh IMREN that is supposedly 35 A (I was given it) and testing the internal resistance there is no way it's 35 A continuous current, probably half that and the few thing I have read about them were not very positive.
A good guide for safely selecting the current needed for a VW mod is to divide the max watts by 2.5, you don't need the resistance at all.
