[This post is about the Coil Master not the Kuro] It's diameter of the coil rather than the diameter of the wire that is the main problem, although thinner wire is harder to do. If you line up the heads with the rods in then pulled out to the coiling diameter you can see the gap between the screw and the rod gets bigger and as the coil diameter get smaller when it should stay the same. I must be missing something here ??? Surely the coil diameter can't be smaller the the diameter of the rod?? I am obviously being thick here (not unusual) Look at the gap between the screw and rod where the wire runs

Ripshod there's loads on Youtube about the Kuro, But I found this one just for you! the guy do the review is a bit of a plank but he shows all three and at the end there's a handy hint where he uses the rod as a support for when he puts the coil in a mod,,,

Am I missing something?? thats the Coil master not the Kuro coiler, a few reviewers have said the coil master is a better concept because of the seperate heads, but they also say the build quality isn't that good, I think Todd said it feels like something out of a Christmas cracker,
Vaping looking at you picture they look back to front, surely the thinner the wire the smaller the gap should be between the post and screw, looking at the small one I'm not suprised the coils overlap, they can't be holding the wire tight enough on the post!

Mow,, It is, we were trying to help sleedale if you read back you will see it. IIRC Todd said it was as good as the Kuor, just lighter and for some strange reason he always thinks lighter means lower quality, it is seeming so in this case, but in most products lighter goes with superior design and engineering E: have gone back and put "[This post is about the Coil Master not the Kuro]" in all my posts.

The beard's had a trim as well by the look of it. He's quite muted in this video, you wanna see him when he really gets going!

OMG! I'll need an ology to use it! @spikeyfridge, don't need an ology, just shares in Kanthal so you can practice If your coil master/kuro/whatever hasn't arrived yet, get a wire order in quick. However, all these kind peeps, VapingBad, Roger and others are being very kind and helpful as always, and I'm learning fast, although I really have no idea what an M2 screw is , Google will be my friend

Ahh VapingBad It was that stray 'and' that confused me (made me read it all wrong) Makes total sense now. I think I may have a solution. Am going to have a play, if it works, I'll post it (probably tomorrow though)

For those of us that use taps and dies, metric screw threads were the best thing since sliced bread. No more Whitworth HOORAY!

As I understand it no pressure on then winding cap, just let it catch the wire and wrap. PS is shite a technical term? Only when you have to work it out with a pencil

I merged my posts about the Coil Master and put them in a Coil master thread here maybe we should discuss it there as it is making this Kuro thread confusing.
