Both my ismart 30's turned up but I'm not sure if I have got problems with both of them.
After vaping for less than a minute with a Aspire Atlantis sub ohm tank the device will not fire. The screen goes through the 0 to 10 seconds countdown but all you can hear from the ismart is a rapid ticking from inside.
I have tried removing the tank and refitting, changing the coil, but still nothing. If I put a mini nautilus on the ismart straight after it refusing to fire the Atlantis it will work fine.
I then refit the Atlantis and it will work for a few vapes again, then nothing.
Both units do exactly the same. tazmania441, how's yours doing and do you have any suggestions ?

Yeah I know mowjo, that's my concern. Everything I am using to read the coils ohms at is 0.6 to 0.7 ohms. The ismart is reading it at 0.7 so it is above it's recommended lower level.

Suggest you try a different atty with a standard coil in (above 1ohm say) and if it works looks as though the iSmart-30 can't go as low as it states. Then contact seller.

I would like to know what the rapid ticking noise is inside the ismart, don't fancy it going bang !

You The ISMART has a large 510 pin that could mean your Atlantis pin has gotten pushed up....ease the Atlantis pin out a little and put it back on gently till you can see if it fires...same applies to most atties the 510 must stick out

I have been adjusting the ISMART pin and the Atlantis pin to no avail.
It's all very intermittent but happens with both new ismarts.

Just spoke to evolution vaping on the phone and have been told to return both units. I must say that they were great on the phone and phoned me back after they had a discussion about the situation.

Good to know that some dealers are on the ball when it comes to safety issues and intermittently faulty equipment.

The internal battery does not have enough power to fire it and needs charging, even though the meter was showing a quarter, this was my experience when this happened on mine, i had a 0.5 ohm atlantis attached

Thanks for the input richo. It happened even when fully charged. They've been returned now and taken off sale.
James was so helpful through out the process and phoned me yesterday after they had been returned to his shop. James said it was apparent that some ismarts were not working correctly below 1 ohm.
Great customer service from evolution though, cant fault them to be honest.
