Q yeah does a happy dance now where to go from here monthly top poster here I come 10-1 before my birthday and 1 year quit smoking anniversary never thought I would do a week vaping and quitting let alone a year 1 month to go

Totally agree clairea my original intention was to cut down with the aim of quitting eventually, but vaping took a hold... and here I am

Q I tried everything to quit and mean everything nothing worked including cigalikes then I bought a small Starter kit left it on the side for two weeks ran out of fags one Saturday morning my legs were playing up hubby at work so couldn't go out and get some so thought I would give this ego thing a try. Not believing for one second it would work, but it did and never had another cigarette again not even a puff and not looked back since
