Sent a PM about their website being down and recieved a quick reply to say that their IT man was stuck in France due to the industrial action and that hopefully the site should be up again on Tuesday. He said they would let me know as soon as it was online again. Many thanks to them for their quick reply and hope that everything gets back to normal for them soon.

Brilliant customer service from Simon at extravapour........sent my faulty e-grip back to them Thursday afternoon & the replacement arrived this morning (Saturday).....I would like to add also, that I only returned the mod itself & not the charger, spare heads & o-rings...However, I received a sealed box kit complete with everything, so thank you very much for that..One very happy & satisfied customer...

My only concern is how do you clean it ?

Easy. Syringe warm water into the tank from the base.
Think you need to be a little more concerned with the crappy usb charging port. My second EGrip is faiing with the same problem. Intermittent conection when charging.

Just to let people know the website is now back up and running.
We still have to update stock levels however as it currently shows that we have black egrips in stock even though they are out of stock.

Sorry a little confused so you have no egrips in stock

It's only black ones that are out of stock, everything else is fine.

I have to say what brilliant customer service I have had from the guys here. There were one or two problems with their website and I was beginning to wonder if I would ever get to order the E-Grip. All companies have problems from time to time and it's how they deal with them that makes the difference, they kept me informed of everything that was going on and I received my E-Grip today. Thank you, a very good vendor.

Apologies for the delay in replying.
While we really rate the egrips, they have been a very slow seller for us tbh so we have no immediate plans to reorder them.
We are however looking to stock more hardware of a similar high quality soon.
