For a couple of examples follow the 3rd link that I provided above (What's Wrong With ACTA), and then on tha page that you're taken to try the 1st & 2nd links (titled 'ACTA and its Impact on Fundamental Rights' and 'ACTA - Criminal Sanctions'). They're pretty explicit re the probs with this.
