Marquee, tables, seating and floor covering will be maximum £600. This includes insurance, erection and dismantling. With the following members chipping in, there is so far £450 raised to enable us to have this. Could anyone else who is willing to donate £10 add their name to the list.
The total price will include tea/coffee making facilities. And may I say thank you all for your generosity

I would happily donate to this @spikeyfridge, It would be great to have a meet up area like described. Last year I went but struggled to get any Internet signal so it was hard to know where everybody was
