I think we (at our humble B&B), get the choice of:-

Soft Boiled Eggs, Hard Boiled Eggs, Scrambled Eggs, Fried Eggs Sunny Side Up, Poached Eggs, 2 Egg Omelette, Baked Eggs in Bread, Coddled Eggs, Eggs Benedict, Eggs Hollandaise, Fried Eggs with Dill, Tamale Hash Eggs, Mexican Egg Scramble, Eggs Poached in Tomato Sauce, Breakfast Egg Club Sandwich, Eggs Florentine, Cream Cheese Scrambled Eggs in Toast Cups, Scalloped Eggs & Bacon, Breakfast Egg & Cheese Soufflé, and a few more I think....

I honestly can't remember them all..... I think the bottomless and complementary glasses of Bucks Fizz may have contributed to dull the memory.
