Just found out I can come, I see you have the money sorted, do you need more donations or should I just bring tea, biscuits, milk and coffee with me?

Now we are well into may, anyone contributing cash will be added and starred to the list when I receive their money This will close at the end of may where no further cash donations will be taken. I'm sure we will be happy to accept 'stuff' on the day though. I'm dreading running out of coffee or teabags though I have a good stock here but will be doubling up beforehand! I'll be carrying cash to reimburse milk purchases as and when you find me on the weekend I'm still not sure what to do with any surplus cash but I will let you know how much, if any, there is. Actual money in pot is £258 as it stands today, £100 spoken for, for banner, book and electricity. Is anyone able to bring a mini fridge/coolbox run on mains? I'm bringing one but they are tiny and don't hold much milk

I can think of two options for the leftover money, but I don't think either of them will be liked by everyone.
Alcomahol (Not Absinthe!) or a charity donation. The booze might be easier as I'm sure we've all got different ideas about the charity that should benefit from our generosity.

To be honest I think that any surplus monies should be sent to a `cancer` help charity.
To help those who are suffering.

£183 to spare? A 30 litre tea urn like this would set you back £83... but maybe that's too much tea. If you still have spare funds, this section of the UK Vapefest for Dummies guide might be of interest: | Vapefest has always been free to attend, and will continue to be so, however, this year, we will be raising money for Garry Dibley’s annual Children in Need donation. If you appreciate what we do please consider making a donation. We don’t want your money, but a little might go a long way to making the lives of other people better. |

Maybe do a raffle for some/all of it, for those that have donated to the marquee....Give each one a ticket/number & do a draw at VF...It might even tempt some "non payers" to participate....... "Life...........is just a bowl of tricks!!!!!!"

Charity idea is good. I'm going to say no to the alcohol just because everyone will want different things and it could get messy, not to say complicated. Shame no one is organising a BBQ for Friday night cos extra funds could go on burgers and the like ...
I won't know how much is left over until I've gone loony round the supermatket again (end of june) and everything is paid for

Why not have a little raffle and a charity donation? Mebbe those of us with unwanted gear could chuck it in for prizes?
