Yeah that seems a popular want but who is going to police it? And how? I'd be reluctant to leave stuff lying about. Post it notes?

For small stuff like juice samples and clone atties would it need policing I would like to think that the honour system would be good enough for everyone on the list, could just be a box in a prominent place.

I agree VapingBad but marquee is open entrance and we will get non members coming in at times. Plus a few opportunists floating about. I'm thinking you wouldn't leave your wallet or purse out in the open and walk away from it. Its a shame I'm thinking this way but stuff happens, right in front of your nose! Remember the expensive mod that got stolen from 2013 vapefest at Tamworth! Right in front of the owner at a table.
The only way to be 99% sure is to have members on shifts in the marquee but this seems a bit extreme to me.
A box with a 'pay it forward' sign is an excellent idea. Stuff that is no loss if given away. Folk can have a mooch to their hearts content.

May i just clarify something on here. I've been in charge of collecting the funding for the marquee and having input of the hire of it. This has now been done. I'm also in charge of the stocks of tea coffee etc. (God help me if I forget the boxes of stuff!!)
Anything else you want or desire or yearn for is up to you
Please, this marquee is for every attending member provided by members. Its totally up to you and not down to my say so. If you want to organise anything extra, feel free! It is YOUR marquee
