Sam, I'd agree with bel - with young cat with unknown/uncertain background you really need to consider worms are a big possibility. Speak to your vet and sort out a worm treatment for her.

She hasn't been dewormed yet that I know of. We've only had her a week. She has pronounced nipples which are a little pink Sam i think you need to take her to the vets, as she needs worming tablets but you have to be careful if she's pregnant.

Thats good then, but you can't always see them, so it could still just be worms. So how do you feel about having a pregnant cat

Sam, I really do think it would be best to get her checked out at the vets. My first thought also was it could be worms. However, as Bel says, if she is pregnant, then you need to check with the vet which worm tablets would be safest for her.
Although cats don't usually have their first season until they are 6 months old, I had a kitten once that came into season at just over 4 months. So yes, she could be pregnant.
