It's a lot easier when you've got the proper equipment I really must start a thread about our nicotine and I will BUT in the mean time, the packs seem to be going down well - I know if you just want a plastic bottle with a litre of nic in it I'm not the cheapest (but I'm not that far off) however, because I've been vaping myself for a long time now, I have a pretty good idea what we vapers actually want so we're concentrating more on glass bottles so there is less/no messing about when you get your order. Sending glass through the post requires a bit of thought if you want it to get there intact and I've put a lot of thought into the bottles/caps etc as well and that's where the extra £5 or whatever is going.

I also don't buy a vast amount of nicotine in one go either and that's not actually because of any financial constraint. You do save a lot on shipping if you order a huge shipment but I'd rather order smaller regular shipments so the nicotine is always as freshly manufactured as is realistically possible rather than having it sat somewhere for 6-12 months before a customer buys it. I've also recently invested in some decent bottling equipment so I will have no problem coping with demand and it will also free me up to spend more time looking after customers and coming up with new ideas - I don't have any ambitions for Piratesvape to be a global brand I just want it to be known as a really good place to buy quality products, sold by knowledgeable people who give a sh*t........ and if it earns me a liveable wage as well then that's even better!

Some news about the Miss Chief flavouring. Unfortunately when I reordered supplies for this one, it arrived with the flavouring completely changed by the manufacturer and I was not told upon ordering it. It is so far from what it was it may have to be taken off the menu. I am currently trying to see if it's salvageable in any way and I'm also experimenting with whether it can be tweaked into something else but I won't know that for at least another week or two.

There is very little left of the original so if you like that one, I strongly suggest you order some now.

I do apologise but occasionally manufacturers do tweak or change flavours. Very frustrating when that happens. It happened with the raspberry and apple too but I have managed to reformulate that one so t tastes the same except slightly less punchy on the raspberry. The new version will make it's way to the pirateship in the next couple of weeks. There's a small amount left of the original. Of course the product description will be updated to reflect the change when the new one replaces the original. I don't think anyone will be disappointed though as it is still very close to the original.

As for Miss Chief, I will let you know as soon as I can whether it'll be a tweaked version into something else or if it'll be no more

I just mixed up my miss chief a couple of days ago. Very custardy and colour has really deepened in just 2 days. It does smell good. I don't know what its supposed to taste like, never having tried the eliquid. I just went by the description. I'm sure I won't be disappointed though

It's not meant to replicate anything really. Alhough some have said it has a bit of a similarity in a way to Vermillion Rivers kentucky premium vanilla which wasnt intentional lol Hope you enjoy it

Awww, Cyberpixie I've very rapidly become addicted to Miss Chief and had a panic in the week when I couldn't order any... serenity resumed yesterday when I could and did... I really hope you manage to find a way around this

After a week steeping I finally got to vape them, well 3 of the four.
Banana Custard, Strong flavour, fills the mouth with a mix of rip banana with a custard undertone.
Mis Chief, Creamy, nutty. I'm undecided on this one. Its nice but i'm going to let this steep a little longer.
Mint choc chip ice cream. It's like vaping a Walls Feast ice lolly. A very clean fresh mint flavour without being menthol. Chocolate sits in the background just like the ice cream.
Couldn't help thinking, the mint used for this could be used to make a spot on mint toffee. How about it Cyberpixie.
Fresh Cream & Strawberry Doughnut. Smells devine. Not vaped this one yet. Waiting on a new atty.

Have used Pixie Juice in the past. (2012). Vanilla Ice Cream, Custard, Strawberry Doughnut, Mint Choc Chip. So to be able to perchase from her range again has made me a very happy guy indeed. From the limited flavours I have had I think its safe to say that Pixie Juice does not make "taste like" juices, more "taste off" juices if that makes sense.
O, and the jewel in the crown. Vanilla Ice Cream.

Mint toffee, yes that mint would work well as a mint toffee, it has crossed my miind in the past. Only problem is I have tried tons of toffee and caramel flavours and none are good enough, for me anyway lol Maybe one day

That banana is rather potent. Bear in mind a huge majority of my recipes were created 3 1/2yrs ago when all we had were mostly cartos and clearos so flavours needed to be strong. Of course with todays mainstream rebuildables and high powered mods that one does tend to be a little too strong. I am in the process of tweaking it to allow the custard to come through a bit more and tone down the banana a notch. I am mindful that many love that one so it won't be a major reformulated version just balanced better for todays equipment. You can of course use a little less of it to suit your own tastes in the meantime if it's a little strong

Update on Miss Chief. It's just not going to happen in any form. After trying several variations trying to salvage something from it, it's just not good enough. If it was just a background note in Miss Chief I could do something with it but this is the main ingredient for it and it's so far from what it was it's literally not use-able. It lacks everything, depth, richness, strength. The flavour itself is just totally different. It just doesn't work not even to tweak it into something else. So Miss Chief is no more and will be taken off the menu. I have 10 bottles left, Piratesvape has 9. I will no doubt send along the 10 I have to him on his next top up but after that it's gone for good

Aww, I'm sorry. This is so frustrating. The 4th time it's happened to me now. 3 are no more and one luckily was able to be reformulated but this one is simply not good enough to be used in any way unless you fancy a faint taste of stale, musty nuts with a twang of cardboard! What they were thinking when they changed it, gawd knows!

Another little update in general: PIRATESVAPE WILL BE ON HOLIDAY FROM SATURDAY 04/04/15 UNTIL FRIDAY 10/04/15. LAST ORDERS FOR NICOTINE/PG/VG ARE 1.30PM THURSDAY 02/04/15 AND FOR CONCENTRATES 9.00AM SATURDAY 04/04/15. THE WEBSITE WILL BE OPEN AGAIN FOR ALL ORDERS ON FRIDAY (10/04/15)
