I don't really keep up with vaping politics but with higher watts and less nicotine in the juice becoming standard, it probably getting to a point of no nicotine juice.

I would love to see the proposal/legislation of regulating LorAnn cherry flavouring being converted to vapour!! Then of course they would need to look at them highly dangerous sizzling steak dinners being served in pubs, they give off loads of vapour. Unless I'm missing something?

I foresee a few issues in the near future.

This is just the start. If this goes through in Denmark we need to get our hard hats on because vaping is in for a bumpy ride. The B&M stores will disappear because they will not be able to afford the licensing fees. It all stinks of tobacco and pharmaceutical companies taking charge.

Have to say ... knowing the danes ... there has never been a stupid law they couldn't embrace Mostly I think they are just trying to find a way to tax vaping, and to do that they have to define it in as small a way as possible. They have their eyes on the dollar signs and it doesn't seem to occur to them that a dead industry makes no money for anyone, even the government.

dragon , it actually states that it's after revenue , here is a paragraph from that article that says as much -

"All products (and parts of products) must be registered at the relevant government body (Sikkerhedsstyrelsen (*)). Failure to do so will result in stiff fines (50,000 dkk mentioned, but proposed to be BASED ON REVENUE). And they will automagically be the toughest fines, since this is a product that could put children in danger."
