Just a heads up with the issue I had with the 510 , Doris has replied and replacements are in the process of being shipped out. ( foc)

So compared to others I would like to congratulate Focalecig on their customer service, we all know that it can be a bit hit and miss, but it's great to see customer service becoming one of their priorities.

I'll certainly be ordering again

Well peeps, I took a risk !!! got some 800 grade wet/dry sanding paper and VERY!!!! carefully removed the sharpish edges on the mod.

Success !! what a difference, now a comfortable feel in the hand.

P.S. Has anyone got that Yiloong 50W regulated squonking mod yet ???.

Aye it's a bit of a downer when things have a fault when they arrive, but we all know it can happen with any product, what impressed me was Doris's instant resolution of the problem by emailing me in return within minutes of recieving the original post informing them of the issue.

Glad I managed to get it working with a temporary fix until the parts arrive, it really is a fantastic little mod, and is performing very well.

No, they have always put a lower value on mine, same with Fasttech

I am not sure, but think it's around £22 , but could be wrong. I have only been charged a couple of times and both were when of the main agents like DHL, Fed Ex etc were used, I did get stung a few years ago with R/ C Helicopte parts by EMS Shipping.

But FT, Focal etc never had an issue with a China post/ Singapore post or E Packet, takes a bit longer though.

You're pretty safe ordering from China, just dont go overboard, if its free shipping and you have a big order split it into smaller orders

I've been stung a couple of times.....but I know someone who was charged a ridiculous amount because the customs declaration was so faint the decimal point was missed so what was $3.80 they were charged 20% of $380 plus £9 Royal Mail handling fee......so he rejected the package


With the chipset being purchased in large quantities and not being imported to yosen as they are in the same country I can believe they are more than likely real so I'm very tempted to get one ????
