Lubberly, gubbly.

First try a 1.5mm hex key (Allen key) mine lost the gap with a half turn on each of the screws @spikeyfridge

car147, the replacement parts were sent to you on April 7th (The next day you reported the problem), tracking number is RW104987803SG
@letsavit ,we wish we could get it for our China warehouse but it takes too much long for producing by Hotcig due to the special material (Rose wood) on this mod. The one listed on our USA warehouse order was placed on January which was fulfilled at the end of March.
The SS version (Hotcig SX Zero 50w) will arrive at our China warehouse at the end of this week or early next week as per manufacturer.
