Hi guys, I really like the Kanger Aerotank MOW and bought two so I could have one in use and one charging. I have the tanks sitting on top of the Kanger EMOW 100 Mah VV which I also really like. One of the batteries packed in today after just under 2 months use. I started thinking/looking into warranty periods and was shocked to read that the batteries have an expected lifespan of only 1-3 months! Is that the sort of battery life expectancy that most people are finding? Think I might have to start re-thinking my set-up!

Have a read here : www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/regulation/sale-of-goods-actIt may be worth contacting the vendor and saying that as the other e-cigs you bought at the same time are ok then this one must be faulty to have failed so soon. If they will not replace them ask what they will knock off a new one being that yours did not last long.

I don't think that applies to everything It's more what you expect to get out of something and I agree that 1 - 3 months isn't great. I think it's generally expected to get 300 charges out of a decent battery, so someone rotating only 2 batteries could easily reach 300 charges in 6 months. If someone has managed to recharge their batteries 300 times in 1 month then, heck, they need a much huger battery, lol

Buy a better one but in all seriousness I would tell them it's faulty and ask for a replaecment

Kangertech offer 3 months warranties on all batteries. I think it is reasonable to assume that the lifetime of the product is determined by this. Of course, the lifespan of the battery is determined mainly by charge cycles (and deep discharges diminish the lifespan more than partial discharges). However, I'd be inclined to say that this is very subjective and this is a consumable item... For an easier life, I recommend going elsewhere to buy a replacement (no idea what to recommend, though)
