I don't do Facebook but if I did I would be letting them know what I think of the length of time this issue is taking to sort out is ridicules.

New to this forum, but not new to Vamp Vapes or Blackjack, have to say I've never had a problem with mixing it. I've had dealings with the customer service there & when she was at the shop in Ossy, I'm sure they'll sort you out, top lass in there, she's steered me in the right direction of products & sorted out a faulty mod for me without any quibble, sure she'll see you right, happen she's waiting on a higher decision maker

This matter should have been sorted out immediately, the delay is unacceptable and will only serve to damage the reputation of the vendor. As there are a number of you with problems it would tend to suggest there is a fault. A good vendor should deal with this instantly they are aware of the problem. Hope you guys get sorted, but after the delay they will have to go the whole mile and then some to redress the balance

I really do hope they sort something because this black jack is IMO the best tasting aniseed juice around and is- was the only juice I really enjoy vaping. I find it strange that VV are not on vaping forums,when I went in there shop I asked if they was on aaec or ukv and was just told no strange I thought.

The chances are I won't run into any issues, but a company willing to treat their customers this badly doesn't deserve my money when there are plenty of great vendors out there.
