I was a 40 a day lambert smoker and although I didn't quite find the right flavour at first I quit within 2 weeks of starting vaping , I had never really smoked menthol fags but found a pure menthol flavour from enjuice that seemed to hit the spot every time , I still use menthol as my main all day vape , with variations , I make my own menthol and cherry menthol , and now I buy fruity flavours that I enjoy in the evenings. So for throat hit I personally recommend a strong menthol , I understand that taste is subjective but for me it works well

WHat would happen if, instead of buying, say, Benson and Hedges, you bought 200 marlbro instead? You'd just smoke 'em, wouldn't you? You wouldn't replace your B&H with two more marlies every week. All you're doing is changing your brand. Seriously. Don't view it as quitting anything - you're not, you're just changing your brand. And if that's all you're doing, where's the problem?
As a side note, get 24mg juice or better - you can't "undilute" a lower nic juice to make it higher, but you can have fewer sessions with your e-cig if the nic level's a bit on the high side, or cut it with some glycerin.

Or try a pg heavy juice, 60-70% maybe. Pg can help give more throat hit if the nicotine lvl is right for you.

the F1 uses a clearomiser which is great for flavour but not so great for throat hit. so i would suggest as others have to grab some Low resistant boge cartomisers great throat hit and up your nicotine level a bit which will stop any ciggy cravings ...the thing is once you have a setup that suits you then coming off the ciggys is easy

My wife is using my old dual coil because i FAILED and been back on ciggies for a while :-[. I so much want to get off ciggies so i would like to know would it be useful if i only took 10 rolled ciggies a day for a week or do i just leave my tin behind? Im sorry i failed

Gary. I was a very heavy smoker but never wanted another analogue after trying the e-cig. I started out with 38mg strength tobacco flavours and am now down to 18mg and still have no desire to go back to smoking. I think it's just trial and error really - lots of errors to begin with I'm afraid. We're luckier now in that we have more choices - the old 901s and 510s were good but the battery life was rubbish. Keep on keeping on! Fox
