Got myself one of these a few weeks back, been handy once or twice and have already exchanged it for a fully charged one whilst out of town, great little concept.

Made an entry in my calendar for 18 months to return it and either do it again or let them keep it (was thinking of getting one of the 10000mah jobbies from amazon anyway)

Not sure how they are going to police getting them back from people who are no longer contract holders, would they take you to court for a battery lol!!

I too have noticed a major slip in the customer service at EE lately, after being with them 15 years! I can only put it down to them being bought out by BT and lots of rumours about job cuts being passed round?

Yep. That's normally what happens when I go into an EE shop.

djs is there an EE shop near the VF site? I was thinking I could 'pop' in there for a topped up charger should the need arise...
on the off chance mine doesn't explode that is..

Yes, of course. Not too far.

Back to the station, up the hill into town (past Vaping shop, Library, Bike shop, M&S), drop onto the pedestrian "Pride Hill" (Waitrose) half way down on the left, past Superdrug.

Worst case, ask for "Pride Hill" and/or Boots, MacD's.
