yeah some sites want you to login to pp some also have option pay via pp as a guest

No - paypal don't give commission. It's a cheaper and simpler way to accept payments from anywhere. Even ASDA take it over the internet.

Yes lots of sites use PP as a checkout system, not all of them force you to join PP in order to use your credit through PP though, that's why i can only assume there is some kind of commission they get every time someone signs up to PP through their checkout.
Fasttech use paypal i can use my credit card without having to join, gearbest the same, 3fvape the same, myepack,greyhaze,joosejuice,chefsvapour all of these and more use PP as their checkout and not one of them forces you to join in order to pay with a credit card through PP.
They all offer the option to join PP AFTER paying, Angelcigs won't let you pay UNLESS you join PP.
