So when I first started this wee vaping adventure one of the first things I noticed was that I slept better, now my daily nasty intake has halved I am like so tired not all the time but by like 5 pm ohh I could kip right down, now intially the sleeping better was a relief (sleep is probably my favorite thing) . I am gathering this is because I am no longer putting the other 3999 things into my body, my body is starting to find its own natural rhythym but I haven't heard of anyone else experiencing this so wondered if anyone else had experienced this ? The only other time I tried to quit I found that I couldn't sleep which is why is taken me so long to try again. Could be due to other reasons but when I was holiday repping found that fags, coffee and sugar was the combination I needed to keep me awake during extremely long working hours (somedays 20+) so stands to reason that not smoking as many nasties would make me tired . As I said I like to sleep so not complaining too much but I also like to have a life outside work

My sleeping has improved considerably since I've been vaping Kirsty, not proud to admit it . . . but I used to wake up 4/5 times during the night and get up for a ciggie. This time of year doesn't make you feel energised, least it doesn't me . . . get into Spring and I think we'll all perk up a bit.

I'm more or less insomniac.. well, nocturnal.. I much prefer the early hours and just can't sleep at all if I go to bed normal hours, often had jobs involving night shifts as I find it much easier to sleep during the day.. I find I always felt sleepy and lethargic in the day but came alive more of a night.. hmm.. not noticed any change since vaping..soo

I'm an owl too ... or maybe a vampire ... but as we have workmen in this area at the moment who start making a racket in around 5 hours time I suppose I'll have to go to bed. > Over and out.

Funny you lot saying this, lately i have been sleeping like a log and put it down to the tablets. I was like Perpy, if i couldn't sleep i would get up, make tea and smoke but now i've been sleeping for 7 and 8 hours

My sleep has gottten worse since vaping. I was thinking I was perhaps overdosing on nocotine in the evenings so I'm now trying low nic in the evening to see if it will help!

Cutting out caffeine was another thing that helped my sleeping Karma, as I drink gallons during the day . . . I still do, so it's only the bladder now that wakes me up.
