I raised I ticket for a mod that self fires, now I have to write an essay with pictures. Add that to the fact I'm fed up with forever waiting for items, not sure what's lost or not, I have received items now and others that have been posted way before I have not? I'll let pay pal sort it out...

I'm not happy with them either - I paid extra to have tracked NL shipping but the number they gave me is not recognised on any of the tracking sites so I have no idea where my order is, admittedly its only been 2 weeks since it shipped but it should at least be tracking by now.

and i herd folks were getting custom charges unsure if its cause they were using the higher priced postage

but 20£ charge at customs for a smok m80 and an atlantis v2

i couldnt find anthing out about my NL posted order , but i found it on that site

Oh thank you I'd tried loads of different ones hadn't seen that one - just tried it and apparently my order has at least left the sorting office ...

my one took just over a week once it said departed to UK , so you should get yours this week

Question for you peeps

I purchased a subtank mini on the day I created a thread saying it's £16 odd.

I checked it today and clicked the item so product page popped up saying back order but when I purchased it,it said nothing about back order.

Do u think I will get it shipped in there 3-5day shipping time?

You have now had 3 days in which to refund my Paypal account with the money you took whilst having no stock to supply, my money that should be instantly refunded.

I am pleased that others on here are getting their refunds for the very bad service they received over on the "Sub Tank+ thread" only 2 days after you wrongly took their money.

My order for a Goliath order no. WW1504170649254703 still shows processing.

Why have you not refunded my money to my Paypal account after 3 days when you stated above that it takes 1~3 days to get back to Paypal?

Gearbest do seem to be getting so many things wrong lately.

It must be a nightmare for poor old Isabel, good on you Isabel for your hard work trying to sort out the mess that most probably wasn't anything to do with you.

tbh, i placed an order including a golaith. When i noticed the shipping date had changed, i contacted gearbest who sent me the rest of my order now. I choose Belgium post and it took 10 days from it being shipped to it ending up on my desk. Not too bad but after reading the above, i will be less inclined to buy from them again.

Well I ordered a ego one from gearbest ( second chance for them ) and I paid in full using PayPal but now iv received a email asking me to pay for the item. This is the last straw, I'm hoping Isabel can sort something out because I'm very disappointed with the service I'm getting from gearbest. I ordered the ego one 2200 and if I liked it I was going to order the 1100 one to but not now.
