I'd resisted buying any sort of tank until I saw that last night.............watched a video on the rebuildable head and thought.......what the hell. Just have to wait and see what gearbest do now. Any comments isabel22 ? It's not like it's our fault the code worked. Usually, an offer price and taking someones money at that offer, is a contract.

Very disappointed as this is my FIRST order with you.
It's not my fault the code worked......and you took my money with a working code.
Usually, that would be called a contract.
So what do we do now?It would be interesting to see what happens if EVERYBODY does something similar.

Click on 'processing' then you will see a message. Ive sent a ticket to ask for a Paypal refund.

Well this is my short reply to them so I'll be waiting to see what they do about it: "I will be expecting a full paypal refund immediately due to this being down to your error and not mine. I think this is a shocking way to do business and will be expecting a reply as soon as possible."

I just assumed that the bargain price and code was because it's now an older model and they wanted to clear back stock. ..
They don't fit my atty slots so that solves that issue.. but it does really annoy me that my money isn't automatically refused/refunded

Should have scrolled to the end of the thread first!
Isn't there something in contract law that states if the vendor and consumer have exchanged money then it's a legally binding contract?
Might be worthwhile going back to them with an email and arguing the case?

I'm not sure damian, when this happened with Fasttech the order was cancelled and refund sent to Paypal by the time I had got up next morning after ordering. With GB my order still says 'processing', their ticket says they will not be accepting payment for the order but they have the money already

Is there anything in the AAEC constitution that states "If a forum member posts a link to a deal far too good to be true and that deal goes tits up, then that forum member must provide said deal to forum members at same price"?
