problem with zna clone from gearbest

a ZNA 30 Style Variable Voltage / Wattage 510 Thread Electronic Cigarette Mod
and even bought new batteries so i dont need to use the extralong extension tube, And have been enjoying it BUT Its locked up,  I pressed the up and down buttons together to lock the power setting, but now i want to change the power setting pressing the up and down buttons together wont unlock 

I have tried removing the battery and leaving it 24 hours without power but that has not been successful?

do i need to return it?

Thats a bit of a bugger phatfil.
If I were you Id raise a ticket at the gearbest site, any ways.
Good luck with getting it sorted, hopefully without having to return it.

5 clicks lock the mod then hold + and - should unlock the power

TRied the 5clicks to lock ans pressing the uo/down buttons, no joy ;(
but retried n retried, and finally success ..
