I want to make my own but I'm really interested in these! They look really good Mark - I think you've done a pukka job but the parts couldn't have cost much less than 12 quid?
What I want is something with 2 batteries just for extra time between battery changes Although if wired in series instead what would the vape be like at 7.4 volts? I guess burnt juice and short life coils???

very much so - at that point you would need mosfet and caps to limit the voltage 7.4 although do-able on HV atomisers i believe - i Do have plans to do a dual 18650 in parallel giving you effectively double the Mah rating - The parts are cheaper the more you buy so when i started doing them i bought a few which is why i have some left over at the moment i also have a triple AA size box which can be set to run 2x14500's in parallel with a centre switch and centre atomizer connection if you really want to build your own send me a pm mate i'll send you some stuff to help out (please note though when making a single it may just cost a bit more )

That would be great, thank you. I have a couple of quad AA boxes that I was going to do something with. Perhaps twin 18650's with a sunken battery connector? And/or a storage place for spare cartos. The thinking behind that was if a box mod is put in a pocket with carto attached it could potentially be damaged. But if there was somewhere convenient to store the carto it wouldn't take much to whip it out and slip it under the cover. Or if thats not a problem it would provide space for a spare or 2? Or even a triple battery mod in parralel for that weekend away! The possibilities are endless! I think I have everything to mod with other than switches. I had trouble finding decent ones like what you used? I am yet to get batteries, but with my realisation earlier about the need for a Lavatube, I don't see that as being a problem for very long!

14500's fit in the AA boxes mate the 18650's are larger (18mm round 65mm long) so they won't fit in the box that you have - on a 4xaa though you could fit a pair of 900Mah 14500's in the switch atty connector and if you can find the right one in pets at home a clip to clip in a spare carto with some thin foam to stop it rattling send me a PM and i'll show you where to get switches -- Dont go to maplins for them lol

*Bl@@dy foreign languages* Oh and Anne doesn't care what's inside it as long as the batteries charge in her charger and it's purple By the way Anne i didn't ask you which charger you got with your lavatube - the ultrafire one from ecigwizard charges this size battery the lavatube (single battery at a time) one from freedomvape won't

I've got the one Kev sent me with the LT, so it's the one that won't!

The one I have has a springy slide on it, I assumed that was so you could get different sized batteries in it Martin Mark

It's mostly Chinese writing. It's 2 parts with a travel adapter.
The other part has 2 'prongs' and the only English says lithium battery charger ... patent counterfeit production.
1.2V/370mA 3.6V/320mA 9V/120mA
I'll take a photo later in the daylight if you like.
P.S. And it doesn't fit in the socket very well either, it wobbles about.
