Mines been at Heathrow close to 8 days apparently ! I like Doris as she's a diamond but I'm not overly impressed with the company delivery speeds. FT is 90% quicker (epacket)

Means it was last scanned prior to being put on the plane, it could be still waiting to go on the plane, on the plane, at Heathrow and not yet scanned or left Heathrow and they didn't scan it.  Probably at Heathrow waiting to be processed by now, I hope.
