That is perfect for the riva. I use the higher resistance ones and ease off the battery slightly for more airflow. They are a match made in heaven

Yes.. your Riva has what is called a Ego fitting so all carts/attys suitable for EGO and 510 will fit. Get one of each and see which suits you the most..2.5-2.9 will give you slightly less vapour and slightly less warmer vape..It's difficult to recommend because it is very person dependant. Thanks Maccafan, your a mass of information. Don't know how I'd manage without this forum.

Hi Flipflop I'm using mine on my Riva 1100 batteries. Its the 2.5-2.9 ohm and it's great. I'm not sure what difference I would get from the lower one but then I'm not technically minded

I've ordered both, I'm now constantly checking the front door for the postman. I'm now allways ordering stuff for vaping. I think I might need to have a break from ordering new things to try. I'll soon be broke if I carry on at this rate and I haven't told my wife about all of the things I've ordered. She will have a fit.lol.

CE2 design cartomizers are called clearomizers...Hold clear liquid without any wadding and wicks into the coil.
CE3 design are called smokymizers. There is also a micromizer which is a modified CE3 design with LED lights inside.
CE4 are called Tankomizer.
The latest in this series is the CE4 + a.ka. Vision Stardust.

They are a 510 thread so they will fit a Riva. Don't worry about them too much, just get yourself some nice cartomisers (Boge or Kanger) and a drip tip or three. Once you've found your feet you can start thinking about otherthingymisers

drip tip is literally just a replacement for the rubber washer thingy correct?

Yes, whenused with cartos - it's a comfort thing, though different colours and shapes can help you keep track of what juice is inside.

cool, i'm guessing most people just ditch the rubber washer and use these? i've just been using the regular white ring so far... does it make for a better smoke??

Yes a bigger hole and just feels so much better in the mouth, does not clatter your teeth if you get a plastic one. They're only a pound or two and are resusable.

cartomisers can become warm if you vape continually so the drip tip can also keep things cool on your lips
