Hi @ella, I am starting to get a bit concerned with these orders, there's mention of other Chinese sellers getting these in now, yet we hear nothing from you, I think we have been very patient, but now' the time to give either a shipping date or I will be cancelling both orders.
I don't mind pre ordering, but having had no mention of this when we bought the items, then accepting your mistake as you did not have them in stock, and it still looks like they won't ship any time soon. We were also told you would be the first to receive these mods, which also appears less likely.

We are now some 15 Working days, yet still no info. Order numbers are detailed above.

I have checked your website and see the Reo at worst should now ship in 3-5 Business days and 5-7 for the Squonker flask, I will continue with my order until those dates, if they do not ship with tracking by then I will request cancellation and refund to my Pay Pal account.

I think we have been very fair, but this is the the exact kind of issue I am afraid that will lose you customers, we are prepared to wait for items, but when the dispatch date constantly shifts is not good practise in my opinion.

You have said this before, yet I find once it gets close to the dispatch date it is then moved again. As said I will continue to wait for this new date, and I think I have been very fair here, but if they don't ship at the latest time stated I will cancel both.

Aye, enough's , enough. They constantly keep giving false info in the hope you hang on , probably still weeks away from any shipping date.

I had used 3FVape before for a clone Vapour Flask, and a few attys , but I have had it with them , that's two Chinese vendors I will never use again.

Totally understand your frustration but no where else has them yet do they? hence I will hold out some more.

Pre sale does pish me off when not posted and being stocked everywhere else, also when discounts codes are posted after I have ordered like it has on been for these two....

It's not so much that @letsavit it's the promises "it will be shipped on x date, then shifts to y date, then so on and so on.

I was promised on Friday they would ship today, yet again they missed the target.
