Yep, been trying to find the specs on that chip but its hard without the part numbers.
A .3 build at 6volts is gonna be 120watts and 20Amps.
That would be up there with a Naos raptor build if it could handle that kind of abuse.

It just says chip, so just one IC made by Panasonic probably the voltage regulator, but equally could be a programmable micro controller, but certainly a standard IC found in hundreds of products.

It's a standard dc-dc converter, It's not a Panasonic chip, it's a clone. The chip is an ER1250-1RD, which for now is untraceable - robby's good at this.

I don't doubt the 150Watts (yet) the way peeps are talking about this mod. But it only goes down to 3.8 Volts, even then the regulation isn't that tight.


ETA: ER1250-1RD may actually just turn out to be the part number on one of the semiconductors. I can't say for sure atm. Certainly there's no reason not to buy
