Well obvious you would do both B^M and Internet, all i wold say is keep prices reasonable, the amount of people i have met in my job have got them from a local shopping center[wont mention names but begins with S lol] but when there being ripped for a basic ego kit to tune of £45 it will soon put them off,as suggested rebuildables coils wire juice, advanced ecigs[many will want to up grade] warn of shinytitis, make a website that points on tips to rebuild, care etc that is easy to find, remeber a lot of peeps like descreet ecigs small and dont leak maintenance minimal, most BM shops are missing all this......
Only downside is you have got to be near as central to town as can be,peeps got lazy and hate walking lol which brings downside rates and rental stock and then profit....good luck with the venture,be a good shop and people will come and regulary use you

I've wondered about this a few times and always come to the conclusion that a pure vape shop is a risk at the moment. Simple reason being that all the "pure" shops near me never seem to attract as much attention as those that mix with other wares
I have a couple of shops near me and the one that sells nothing but vape gear always seems empty. Their prices are also quite high which granted has something to do with it but the other which doubles as a head shop/news agents has a constant flow of people with vape gear seemingly flying out of the door. Even the market stalls seem busier than the pure vape place and I'd never be tempted by those!
Personally I'd go web first with limited physical stock and then work it out from there. Either way good luck

I have noticed a few posts in here mention vape friendly cafes, Might be worth considering a cafe which sells vape gear/juice too, possibly could encourage expert patrons to help out newbies with coiling wicking etc (some of us could use that) and provide a secondary backup income stream too tho.

See if anyone here is willing to put a few grand in to back you. Then watch them run.
