Ermmmmm, am I actually reading this piece correctly:

4. Any product containing nicotine or tobacco that is intended, or labelled or described as suitable, for application on or into any part of the body, whether intravenously, by implant or by topical application as a gel, cream, patch, paste, powder, spray or an aerosol, and includes any toothpaste or tooth powder containing nicotine or tobacco

They are banning any/all of these products above

Have they gone stark raving bonkers or what seriously, banning all NRT products not to mention e-cigs, I mean patches, aerosol sprays, surely these are NRT products.

Yet they protect the smoking of cigarettes which are known to be deadly

Tell me please that I have got this all wrong
