America : House of Reps gutting draconian FDA

Over in the States, the House of Reps is enacting a Bill to force the FDA to exclude ecigs from expensive, unnecessary checking before they can be marketed. It doesn't go quite far enough - the FDA will still be able to regulate ecig products (limiting nic content for instance) but it's a step in the right direction.
