When the sx350 deal came up I thought that's worth a go looks better than I'd got and possibly better chip board now do I stick to that idea and pay for original or stick with what I've got or swap for the same I've got in a nicer box ?....getting mk ore confused by the second.,hmm ....more beer time lol

It is an attractive and surprisingly small for its power mod tho.. if only i could find it for £60 i could well be tempted tho the 200w power is a wee bit silly, the 2 x batteries should give 2-3 days trouble free vaping..

I thought the idea of this thread was about the Group Buy falling through, and what to get instead? But obviously the mods at double the value of the GB refund would be out the question (for me likely anyway).

I too am looking for a new mod, although I am pretty happy with my Vaporflask and iStick50w, I was considering an SX powered mod, and have been for some time, the GB looked perfect.

Talk of a 200w DNA board has peaked my interest though, so will likely hold off to see what the deal with that is. All I know is I want my next mod to also be TC.

That's weird, Im sure it was £60 with gearbest like a week ago, I just checked and was thinking maybe they've put the price up to $180 because it's out of stock? Haha you probably could, it's pretty perfect for a day with me and a couple of hours the next day with vtc5's although I'm always chain vaping

I was late catching on that the snowwolf was a bargain,,, they also published a code for a 24hour deal in th3e GB thread which would bring the price down to 92usd, i found that only hours after it expired..

ive just found in my pm inbox messages from a couple of the forum stars Get Off My Cloud and sydsut with alternative codes, one even when the spelling was corrected didnt do anything ;( and the other dropped the price to 119usd (£75) which was good enough for me but after the initial paypal authorisation page @ $119 it displayed the PnP selection page with the full $180 to be charged!!.. i then back peddled out of the transaction ;(

I did order one of the black box sfx60w tc boxes from 3fvape tho .. fingers crossed..


I thought i was a chain vaper too but a single 18650 battery will keep me vaping for a day in any of my 30w mods and in my 50w dovpo50w tc box too, but i vape @ 25w and lower.. only use 25w as the starting power for the TC box, on the 30w mods i will vape at anything from 12w to 20w..

tbh what you have is about the best you can get to play with at the moe
i got the mini invader 50 watts of tc for £45 and until they bring out a new way of doing it or refine what they got now i wont be getting another mod for tc
i want a small go to mod that do huge power and tc but they just cant make one yet due to batt limits(80 watts on one 650 and 160 on 2)
vaping has changed so much in the last year that to me its the batts that are slowing things down for the safe manufacturers anyhows

tbh a bit on the risky side for me (funny batts would have to be used)
the microstick dna thing is smexy but only 40 watts if it had been 70 or 80 idd of been tempted but for the waiting list
and im still not overly keen on nickel builds because its like well soft

Not trying to flog you one decoy, just saying power to size ratio is pretty epic and has proper series lipo monitoring on board, but could use s steel, Ti or any temp limiting wire with them.

havent bothered looking in to the other wire types as its sorta like the highlander films ,at some point there can be only one (prob mot made yet)
for the length of time ive been vaping and only having 5 mods i think i done good
