Hi everyone, I'm sorry I've been shouting GetVapes praises. So here's my new opinion based on my own personal experience with Customer Care ( what a joke ) I placed an order 27 days ago for two bottles of 'sale' ejuice. One arrived the next day as is pretty much normal service for them. I emailed telling them I was a bottle short so can they please forward the missing bottle. All good was informed yes we are sorry we made a mistake so will post the bottle NOW, as it was 13.00hrs and the order cut of point is 15.00hrs I assumed I'd get it the next day.. NO nothing, waited a week still nothing, so emailed again, and was told the missing bottle was posted FIVE days ago so can I hang on a while longer, well yes off course I can so thank you . Anyhow another Five emails later and I've STILL NOT RECEIVED my juice ! Monday's reply was its been posted 6 days ago, hmmmmm do I smell lies ? Hmmmm yes I bloody well think so. Emailed them again this morning and as yet NO REPLY ! My advise is they are brilliant when things go right, but have a problem and its a different story. Adam if you're here lurking from GetVape, I did say I would report this crap service and seems unlike your company I'm a man of my word !!

Vendors beware the wrath of the tedster... It's not a flame/popcorn thread but if someone says they'll do something then basically lie about it, yes I do get antsy. Am old school, a mans word is his bond. I know life throws curve balls but just say so, not spilling the same rubbish. I don't mind "problems" as long as its truthful. I honestly gave them praise as was really impressed so they earnt it, so now it's the same I did laugh when I read your reply though mate

I will also post here as that's only fair. It's not done as a shyte stirring thing, it's posted as I said I was gonna and I'm true to my word. They also were on the running list for a radio show, and yes that's also gone too as it stands atm

Glad I haven't ordered from them before! Don't get me wrong, IF everything goes right they are perfect, but if you have a problem you're basically poop outta luck. That's just my experience. See even now I'm being level headed and not just ragging on em. I just what what I've paid for, not much really is it

In this case I feel the timescale is ridiculous, hence my warning to other members. It's only my experience but I feel should be aired as a just in case post. I'd hate for anyone here to be run a round like im being .

They are therefor breaking so many distance selling regulations (now known as Consumer Contract regulations) & that means they are breaking the law.
