Tbh the chocolate one I would like to try but iv really been put off this range, I would like a nice chocolate to try mixing with my gingerbread.

Flavour Art Chocolate is my favourite choc concentrate. Much prefer it over CAP/TFA versions. Choc Deutsch is very cake batter like, may go well with gingerbread but could also turn out a muddy mess...

Mmm does sound like it could work with the gingerbread and maybe a chocolate custard, I'm a self confessed chocolate addict of the real kind that is.
