Windows 10 will be auto downloaded

So reading that microsoft will be pushing there windows 10 to all windows 7 + 8 computers
you will get it if you dont even want it 

glad i dont use windows and there system with no privacy

No you get a notification that its ready to download but you can just ignore it.

There have been reports of Microsoft downloading this without people's permission if you have your updates set to update automatically.

It then goes into a hidden folder called $WINDOWS.~BT within you windows folder.

If this happens check your update history for update KB3035583 and then uninstall this update, then make sure for folder options you have got it set to show all files and folders, and then delete the $WINDOWS.~BT folder :)

i cant find page i was reading @windows but what it descibed as theres a update file
and this edits the registry in windows to then allow update

but microsoft will change to allow you could save that text above as .reg file and run it and you wont get notifacations
