Hello Wondering if someone could give me some advice, i have recently bought an EM-RiVa e cigarette but i'm haing trouble knowing how to transfer smoothly from analogues to e-cig. I usually go through around 10 rolling tobacco cigs with menthol tips so i have bought the 18MG Menthol e-juice...now here is the problem, by now i would've pre-rolled some to take to work but i don't want to anymore!! What do i need to prepare in the way of my e-cig to get me through the day tomorrow? I do have 1 roley left from today which i will take in case of any disasters but i am hoping i won't need it. Can i fill a few cartridges with e-juice tonight or is that better to do as and when i require it? How many carts will i need? I'm pretty clueless but have plenty of willpower so hoping for a good result! Any advice would be great! Thanks in advance

Better to fill carts the night before you need them, as the juice will soak in better. I find it better to drip a couple of drops into the cartomiser every 20 or so vapes, it keeps it wet, which is what you want. So take a bottle with you tomorrow. Oh and hello and very welcome

Ahh great i did think that was what should be done but this is all new so best to ask..thankyou for being so helpful Any ideas how many vapes i should be using from one cart? I know thats like asking how long is a piece of string, sorry! I think i'll fill 2 ready, possibly 3, i only usually smoke around 5 whilst in work so hoping that will see me through!

Welcome to AAEC , if you have "Cartridges" that came with your kit , I would top them all up in prep for tomorrow , I would also advise that you look into buying "Cartomisers" which will last a lot longer . I would also advise if it's going to be your first day vaping that you do actually take more baccy with you , just in case , it's a lot easier to make the transition from smoking to vaping if you have everything prepared for worst case scenario , I.E. don't beat yourself up if you need a ciggie , it honestly doesn't always happen over night ,

Hello & a warm welcome to the forum from me Bluebomb. As womble & Storm have said, cartomiser's to take to work would be a good option for you. These are the Standard Resistance ones . . . www.vapeescape.co.uk/boge-510-standard-resistance-%285%29~145Depending upon what ecig you have, there's a Low Resistance version available as well.

Hello again Well last analogue ciggy was yesterday at 6pm so feeling quite pleased with that. I had a few vapes on way into work and at the moment feeling great I'm not sure which Riva i have but it has a blue neon button when depressed and comes with 2 atomisers and 5 or so cartridges, there are 2 batteries in total. I need to get some more juices so i will get some cartomisers when i order those Thanks for all your help guys!

Hi Bluebomb! What I would do is buy a Stardust, you can then see how much juice you have left in the tank and is a nice consistent pull (in my eyes), I have tried all the carts etc and I find this is the best because it is easy to fill and you can see at a glance how much is left in the tank, pic of the Stardust on my Riva: Where you can buy them: Stardust from ecigwizard with Discount ECR69: www.ecigwizard.com/shop/en/cartomisers/402-vision-ego-clearomiser.html

Ooooh that looks good, many thanks! Will order one of them tonight! Anything else i could do with having to make it easier to last the day Any tips gratefully received! Still going strong, not even wanting to smoke tbh..just gave my rolly to a mate who has run out of cigs and gave her the lowdown on e-cigs, she seemed impressed

Hello & welcome Bluebomb Just this morning I got a couple of neighbours set up using an e-cig for the first time. I got them a Riva kit & Boge cartomisers each. They are loving them With the atomisers & separate cartridge you have at the moment, you will need to keep topping up the cartridges to keep them nice & moist & add a couple of drops to the atomiser as well. If you go for the Boge cartomisers, linked to by Perpetua, watch the video below the description to see how you fill cartomisers. They really are far better than the separate atomiser/cartridges you have at the moment. If you buy from that link (Vape Escape), use discount code "allabout" for 10% off. Check out our list of suppliers for other discount codes - allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=newmembers&thread=1148&page=1#23191

It's been nearly 5 weeks since I went from 20/30 Marly's a day straight on to ecigs and even though I have been buying every toy out there for them it has been so much cheaper. I haven't even noticed the difference and I haven't suffered one bit, it really is an amazing way to smoke healthier alternatives! And this forum is great, so friendly and there is always someone with a solution to any problems/queries you may have! Pull up a chair, you may be here some time!
