glen are you using a pilar drill for these? I've seen a few pics of your work now and they all look great. I've got some Iroko and Idigbo that would polish up lovely for something like this, just need to find the time to make it happen

Good to know Cheers, will route and sand these bits up to a half decent finish and wang them in the vice I am more 'chippy' than joiner though so this could go either way

What size drill bit did you use on that glen. Top work by the way I ground down a 25mm spade bit to 22.5mm, but a normal 22mm bit wiggled about a bit would probably do the same job 22mm is fine for subtank minis and kayfuns, but you need that little extra for lemos etc I use a 24mm for the slightly larger atties.................
