Can anyone recommend a good tracking service for epacket tracking? ... The Fasttech tracking service (17 track) is giving me no useful info ... 6 days from shipping and all it gives me is a load of Chinese words followed by "gblala".

You will find a translate option at the bottom where the five lines of chinese info are. But let me do it for you. Your packet has been sent to Heathrow. Did I or did I not caution you about getting too giddy over the miracles performed by FT? I had one vanish by the same method. One took 3 weeks from sent to GB then plopped on the doormat.

Thanks for that Perpetua. ... Turns out that I wasn't getting full info because I was on my phone (guy on FT forums helped with this) so I downloaded the 17 track android app and I am now getting full info in English

That was the problem buggritt ... I was on my phone and was only getting one line of info in Chinese and there was no translate option available. Got it sorted now (see above) so all OK. Thanks for your help.

I won't be using the "fast" service again. Hope yours arrives quicker than mine did. I prefer the free option, Singapore usually. It takes two weeks or less, and I'm stress free.

This is the first time that I have used it after hearing everyone rave about it ... Depends on how this goes whether or not I use it again. I must admit that I never had any problems with the normal service.

Gearbest Express is sent by Yodel. Who does FT Epacket get passed to once it's in the UK?

Used E-packet a number of times and the slowest part is after it arrives in UK. The Customs at GBLALA (Langley) are a bloody bottleneck too. It's always been RM and they are poor at delivering on time, and getting worse, since privatisation.

Ditto above, usually 48hrs after shipping notice is the norm for a epkt parcel arriving at Heathrow, the delay comes once Langley recieve it and RM.

Just as a matter of interest - how do you know when RM receive it from HMRC?
