Does anyone know how/if I can tell that something I used epacket for has actually been shipped via epacket? Just wondering because when I used it previously it said this on the order page: Shipment Summary Shipment 1: Ship via UK Express ePacket via China Post Status Delivered
However, the mod I ordered on Friday using epacket doesn't mention it on the order page. Just says this: Shipment Summary Shipment 1: Ship via Singapore Post Status Shipped

spacey if you click on "track package" epacket shipping should redirect you to 17 track otherwise you will be directed to Singapore post.

They seem to be having some customs trouble when using epacket, my 1st ever FT order has been returned to them, and somebody else posted about the same thing. They've re-dispatched mine now via Singapore Post and refunded the postage cost, so you shouldn't have any problems. My 2nd FT order, however, has gone through customs (via epacket) without any problems, so this might all be entirely unconnected...

Ahhh thats interesting TallPaul70 - maybe it was something to do with that then. Just a bit annoying though, as I don't usually bother upgrading the shipping and just wait till they arrive. This time I really wanted that mod to be here sooner so went for epacket!! Will see what support say...

Just a bit annoying though, as I don't usually bother upgrading the shipping and just wait till they arrive. This time I really wanted that mod to be here sooner so went for epacket!! Will see what support say... Yeah, I'm new to the whole 'buying stuff from China' thing, but it seems pretty random, I bought an X Cube II from Gearbest and that was here a lot quicker than I expected, FT not so much. I can't resist the prices though...

They said the postage will be refunded I got the same email .... let's hope we don't lose the epacket option for good. It make the cynic in me wonder if there is some dirty dealing going on between the various postal organisations whereby epacket parcels via China Post are being returned but can be shipped OK via Singapore Post.

I have a package shipped on 21st September and could'nt make head nor tail of the tracking so just thought I would wait. Just checked now and it's not showing up at all!! I can't put my tracking number in, won't let me do anything. Not used epacket before and won't be using it again!! I will wait a while longer but how do I raise a ticket with them, can't see how it's done.Not a good day, I spent 40mins trying to get out of a retail car park as there were roadworks and temporary traffic lights outside the car park and nothing could get out! it was grid locked so thought I would cheer myself up and see when my goodies would arrive! they say patience is a virtue! well I'm trying to be virtuous but it's not working!!
