Have sent message too Isabel and gearbest support, if they don't honour the purchase price of £39.45 then am more than happy to cancel the order… can only think as this was a 20 items that its sold out straight away from the time i purchased too paying at 1803 all items were gone.

The tracking never works on the Gearbest site.  You click the link to the courier, then use their own tracking with the number.  NL shipping is very slow.  I am in the same boat with my most recent order.  It is definitely worth paying the $2.99 or whatever it is for the faster service, which I have twice received after only 4 days.

I managed to find the same details above the other day, but can't make head nor tails of it, so to me it looks like it's either still in china or it's in the uk and lost? thanks for looking by the way

Hi, Jules ,NL14381344783236 is  the tracking number no register, so you could not track your package via it. we offer the tracking number register free when the total is over 40$. . and with this delivery , it takes more time and slowly,so pls be patient !

Won't be lost.  As isabel22 says, we have both gone for the cheap postage option.  Which takes time.  I mean, it's not even been 2 weeks yet.  You don't need to get worried until you hit 4 weeks for cheap Chinese postage options.

It has left China for the UK.  That's what that tracking tells you.  Around 11 days ago.  So probably on a boat around the cape just now, or on it's way up the coast of Afrika.  If we wanted our orders quicker, we should have paid the small amount.

Ever get the feeling you are being ignored? Isabel has been online a fair bit today, but instead of getting back to people in the order they asked her a question, she went straight for the most recent tag and the easiest issue to deal with.

If they flogged a certain amount of X-Cubes in the flash sales, is it unreasonable of me to expect them to have at least that amount in stock?

I guess you mean for shipping. If so I did the same, cheapest shipping there was, not because I'm mean but I wanted to know.

Ordered on 18/07 (pre-order), confirmed in stock on 21/07, shipped on 29/07, landed today. I think that's not too bad after all.
