The calculator will do that maths for you Jerri - input the %age of PG/VG you want, and add the flavour with %age, then hit 'generate recipe', and the amounts will be already calculated for you; it will assume that your concentrate will be suspended in PG (as almost all are), so you don't need to factor that in. 1 Thanks, I was getting confused because I wasn't putting the % of concentrate needed haha. All makes sense now!

I'm currently vaping a liquid called Smurf Joose. Got it from Good Ejiice on Facebook. Been sat in the steep draw until tonight.
The description is pomegranate, blueberry and raspberry.
It's bloody lovely.
I've had a quick google but can't figure out what it's a clone off (I know there's a lot of 'smurf' juices) and find a similar recipe.

Thanks That looks complicated haha. But I know with the calc it isn't! I plan to order a few to try on payday do will have a play. I'm allergic to strawberry and asked before hand so I know there's no strawberry. Chefs have a blueberry and pomegranate concentrate so I'll just have a go and see what happens. I'll try the bottom one and swap out cream for raspberry. Thanks again!

Welsh custard is nice. I have some conc. How long do you usually let it steep? I made a 20% conc 10ml batch been sitting 2 days. But I go away in 7 days and want to make a large batch to take.

You won't like my reply peter12 . . . . . but literally months for any custard based mix - the minimum you could get away with in my humble opinion for a tasty mix is 4 weeks. I'd find something else to take on your jollibobs if you want to avoid disappointment.

She's been hard work has my Pandz ( but worth it ) . . . . another rescue for me, due to be PTS after being found as a stray in a very poor condition. Not even house trained when I first got her, never been on a lead or had a toy to her name. Along with the much necessary training, she does also get indulged with a little spoiling . . . . * Apologies for the digression! *

Also a rescue. He has more issues than I can count. He's terrified of everything. But he's the most affectionate boy I've ever met and worth 10x any hard work I have to put in. Also sorry to digress haha.

Hi If your after simple mixing, how about these? They sell you a pre mixed base and flavour and you just combine the 2. No need to worry about the calculator. Also the flavours seem to be getting good reviews. I havent tried any yet so i cant personally recommend them but i will be ordering some next week.

Sorry to bump this back up but I made a plan. Thin out the vape gear. Not spend a single penny on anything vape related until the new year then if I still wanted to vape try the custard concentrates linked.
Parts one and two done (I've literally not spent a single penny on vape related stuff since I posted this thread. For me that's amazing!!).
Thing is every time I check to see if the custard concentrates are in stock they're not. I've asked on their FB page when they'll be back but got no reply.
So can anyone recommend another one shot concentrate that will make a decent custard?
The only other one I know of is T-Juice and I don't rate that.

Perhaps try messaging Chefs using the online chat facility through their site Jerri, they have in the past responded quickly to any queries I've had that way. Other than that I'm struggling to come up with a good pre-blended Custard that I've personally used, although I did find DV's Creme Anglaise very nice at 20%: www.chefsvapour.co.uk/dv-concentrates/3061-creme-anglaise.htmlOr you could bite the bullet and buy the concentrates individually for a custard recipe . . . . .

This is the one I use www.juicecabin.com/juice-cabin-concentrates/113-concentrate-best-custard.html#/25-bottle_size-30ml but I make it myself and go 8% short on the PG for others to be added later like banana. So after a week or two of steeping ill take say 60mils of it and add 8% banana and steep for an other week then vape. I do about 200 mils of the custard mix at a time. You can add most fruits to it that way and they work because fruits tend to die off if steeped for to long and im not stuck with say 200 mil of any one type.
I did at first try the custard on its own but after a night of vapping, i felt a bit sick lol, just like eating bowl after bowl of custard. So I just use the custard as a base mix. I tend to only do AD vapes so it works that way for me. But if you really like custard then its not a bad one on its own just not for me as a ADV.
If you want to make it from scratch head over to the juice mixing club site and he will have it there along with many others. You must remember that what any one says about juices is to there taste and we are all different.

I'll drop then a message. I'm not after anything amazing just a plain vanilla custard type to use as a base while I get my head around mixing so will check out the DV's one too. I did spot that on their site but this is all new so had no idea if it was worth a punt. I'll have a look at some of the custard recipes and see how much it costs etc.

Plain old vanilla custard had been my adv for almost two years now and I've not tired of it yet!
