Ryan As @yingang said bellus is my favourite right now along with the billow v2. These are the only 2 rtas I use now. I use both every day Personally had zero issues coiling or wicking them. The design makes it easy as there's a small ledge where the end of the wick should sit so you know how much wick to cut off. Do you have leaking problems with the billow v2? I just like the look of it and the way u fill it up like a regular sub tank

Another one for the lemo 2. I find it easier to build on than the subtank mini's. It was my first ever rta and I can o oh assume it's a very forgiving atty as I've never had a dry hit that wasn't caused by myself (I have a habit of forgetting to turn the watts down after using a dripper). It's not amazing with super high VG but I run 70% VG in it without issue. I have had good results with the uwell crown rba but just fancy a rta after looking into them a bit more and having more room for dual coils cotton etc

I would give the Obs Crius a try, I've just bought one of the updated ones and I must say I'm impressed with the flavour it gives, no leaks, easy top fill and simple build. Not the roomiest of decks but I've put a 28g .1 ohm ni200 dual coil build on with ease. I know it's all about personal preference, have a look at the videos and make up your own mind. They range from about £20-£25 from uk stores. Been looking at the obs crius watched mad mikes review on youtube its between this and the billow v2

Al tanks I've owned have leaked a little from somewhere. Some only a small amount when I fill. Others a lot more. The bellus when I fill let's small amounts of juice leak into airports but very small amount.
The billow I've never had a leak issue from anywhere.
